Our Project Management background provides the much needed edge during the Construction Stage of the Project as well as Vendor Management- to foresee any risks to Quality and Time and forewarn the client with appropriate measures.
CLIENT COMES FIRST
This is the key foundation approach to our Practice. Nothing gets bigger than the client. We invest genuine time and effort with each of our client and ensure no decision or thought comes at the Client's expense. We actively lead and play the role of custodians of Client's Interests, till the handover of each project.
NO SUB-DELEGATION
We believe the art of designing and realizing the same is a immensely personalized and emotional experience between us and the clients. Sub-delegation of work dilutes this fundamental thought. All our projects are designed and handled directly by we two partners. This limits us on the number of projects we handle, but then we aren't complaining. A satisfied client is all that we yearn for.
PERSISTENCE FOR COMPLETION
During the life cycle of a project- there are several argumentative scenarios, many challenging and testing times. Its our inherent trait to persevere and persist during such times for the project completion- which has helped us close the projects to the client's satisfaction. Its a matter of pride for us to state that we have no unbuilt projects or projects stopped midway. What gets designed - gets built !!.

Time is the Essence. Projects run adhering to a Schedule , stage upon stage with relevant Gate-checks . Meetings are conducted with specific agenda. Standard Operating Procedures are implemented for Effective Communication and Information Management.

With 80% of Value-addition in terms of Cost & Quality occurring in the initial 20% of the Project Life-cycle- Management of this Particular Phase i.e DESIGN MANAGEMENT continues to be our Key Domain Focus.
The clarity is lent by the fact that a Design Product comprises of 20% Creativity & 80% Logic. Thus, once the creative conceptualization is complete, we further pursue our efforts to ensure the Pragmatic component is driven completely by systematic procedural approach- for successful realization of Design.
Potential for adding value to a project are obviously highest during the DESIGN phase of the project and lowest during the CONSTRUCTION PHASE the cost of making changes is lowest in the DESIGN PHASE, but rises more and more steeply as the project progresses

BHARATH JADHAV
Bharath brings together the values and knowledge gathered through more than a decade of experience, to mentor the Dsync Architects Team, towards developing a holistic approach to design and management.
Besides being the Principal Architect, Bharath lends the "Management" perspective to the practice & is responsible for consistent delivery standards, as guided by the Practice's Vision, Mission and Values.
Bharath leads the Design Management portfolio with his Domain expertise in Design Analysis, Critique, Constructability Reviews & Consultant Coordination. He relies on his skills in Team Management, Management Information Systems, Project Planning & Budgeting, Software tools, & Risk Management Techniques & Processes to ensure majority of the design and construction issues are addressed and resolved at the Design Stage of the project life cycle itself. Residential, Healthcare, Hospitality sectors have been Bharath's core sectors of Experience.
Experience
Bharath is an Architect- receiving his Bachelor of Architecture degree (2002) from R V College of Engineering. Later he completed his Masters in Building Engineering & Management (2005) from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. He has specialized in the field of Quality Management, Contract management, Project Planning and Management approach to Earthquake Rehabilitation Projects in particular.
Bharath was mentored at Cushman and Wakefield India Private Limited and In Antis Architects, working across Bangalore, New Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Pune and Jaipur- prior to founding Dsync Architects
Achievements
Bharath is a Recipient of Global Best Practices award for Project Management- 2009 at the Cushman & Wakefield India Achievement conference. He was Nominated for Most Innovative Professional in 2008. He has published White Paper Publication-All India Real Estate Summit 2007.He has also received recognition for Best Audited Project as per C&W Procedures- 2006. As an Architect he was nominated for 'Best Un-built Category Award' by A+D Awards for Design of Meditation Center.
